Shokz North Queensland Cross Country Championships - Whitsundays

The 2024 ANQ Cross Country Championship are hosted by the Whitsunday Running Club on behalf of Athletics North Queensland (Queensland Athletics and Athletics Australia’s representatives in the north). The championship is held in Galbraith Park, Cannon Valley near Airlie Beach in the Whitsundays.

The North Queensland Cross Country Championships consists of the following races:

Race One - 10kms

Open Men and Women 20+

Race Two - 8km

Under 20 Men (born 2005/2006), Masters Men 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60-69

Race Three - 6km

Under 17/18 Boys (born 2007/2008), Under 20 Women (born 2005/2006), Masters Women 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70+, Masters Men 70+

Race Four - 4km

Under 17/18 Girls (born 2007/2008), Under 15/16 Girls and Boys (born 2009/2010)

Race Five - 3km

Under 12 Girls and Boys (born 2013), Under 13/14 Girls and Boys (born 2011/2012)

Race Six- 2km

Under 11 Girls and Boys (born 2014)

Race Seven - 1km

Under 5/6 Girls and Boys (born 2019/2020), Under 7/8 Girls and Boys (born 2017/2018), Under 9/10 Girls and Boys (born 2015/2016)
